Farni and Farni Family Dentistry of Saraland, AL

I recently moved to the area and was desperate for dental care. My first consultation here was so great! They were quick at scheduling me, to resolve my issues. I had to have 5 extractions done at 1 time. I thought for sure I'd be in excruciating pain. Nope! The dentist was so gentle and pleasantly calming. He didn't jerk, tug or snatch my mouth around like others have in the past..I know that alone is why I had such an easy recovery..All of the staff are so positive and sweet.

Dr. Farni is a Doctor who actually cares for his patients. He personally called me on the phone to check up on my specific condition and was so empathetic to my pain. He and a few of his staff techs even came in before opening hours and checked on me to help alleviate my pain. I can’t tell you how appreciative I was/am that the mobile area has such a caring and talented dentist and staff. Thank you so much!

I have been three times now. I find that this staff is incredibly friendly and my dentist does a tremendous job of explaining what he's doing. They can also 3D scan your mouth and make a crown and put it on the same day that you come in, which is really exceptional for a small town dentistry practice. This is the best dentistry experience I've ever had, and I am just very impressed with this group.

They are so good with my girls and the entire staff is so amazing, I have nothing but good things to say about this practice and their staff! This is a DEFINITE RECOMMEND! The entire staff is so amazing. My daughter went in today so nervous about the procedure and the Dr Courtland Farni was so fantastic at calming her down. Can’t recommend enough. Did a great job of making my daughter and I feel at ease! Just fantastic!

Used to be absolutely terrified of the dentist, and as a result of time and ignorance my teeth started to decay. After all that time decided to join the military just to find that the DOD doesn't like they're toys to be dulled down and in bad condition, especially when the teeth you have are decaying pretty fast and look worse. I go in to the office and they tell me it's a lot of work but that it's definitely doable. While maybe I still clench up and I definitely worry a little bit when I'm in the office getting work done on my teeth, I know that I'm in good hands and that they will do they're absolute best to make sure your not uncomfortable. They are fast and you can be sure that they do the job correctly with no excuses. If you have even the smallest bit of anxiety this is the place to go. Thank you Farni and Farni

I broke a tooth late one night and had only 36 hours before leaving town. So I called the next morning. Although they had no available appointments, they fit me in since I was leaving town. It was a lost filling, but they fixed it that day rather than waiting until I returned the following week. Everyone was extremely nice and supportive. Very impressed and much appreciated!!

Staff members are fast, friendly, and efficient. Dont skip this hidden gem.
